Warranty Registration
The JUB warranty applies to only the original owner of a JUB bicycle or and is not transferable to subsequent owners. This warranty will be void in its entirety by any modification if made to the frame, fork, or components. When using a JUB E-bike, pls ensure that you familiarize yourself with South African legislation regarding E-Bikes and use on South African roads.
Registration is required to activate your warranty coverage.
Warranty Terms
The JUB Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Just Ultra Bikes will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that is defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
All warranty claims must be returned to Just Ultra Bikes Pty Ltd where the products will be evaluated and replaced or repaired.
- All JUB eBike frames have a 3-year warranty which will be repaired or replaced if due to a manufacturing fault
- All JUB eBike components other then the frame have a 1-year warranty which will be repaired or replaced if due to a manufacturing fault
- For faults on new JUB eBikes, please report with 7 days for a replacement eBike.
To obtain service under this warranty, you must submit a Warranty claim that includes the following material and information:
The original sales receipt or proof of purchase of the product showing the original date of purchase, the Product and the seller’s name and address.
A warranty product return authorization number. To obtain a WPRAN and assistance on where to deliver the documentation please call Just Ultra Bikes Customer Care at 032 004 0036.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal exposure to harmful liquid, chemicals, moisture, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Just Ultra Bikes.
Wear and tear of the following items: Bearings; Bearing races; Rear shock mounting hardware and main seals; Chainrings; Cassettes; Tyres; Tubes; Saddles; Chain; Seals; Brake pads; Pawls; Free hubs; Wheel braking surface; Spokes; Handlebar and grips.
Defects or damage which has resulted by accidents, fire, exposure to extreme weather conditions.
Battery: This warranty to the battery does not cover defects or damage caused by using to the battery by using a non approved JUB charger. This also includes where the battery has been tampered with and seals have been broken.
